Deposit Terms
Crypto and fiat are supported where available. Limits and processing times are shown at checkout.
- Crypto deposits are credited after required network confirmations.
- Use the exact wallet address and network shown in the deposit screen.
- Network fees are set by the blockchain and are not controlled by the platform.
- Fiat deposits may be subject to payment-processor approval and bank processing times.
- Repeated failed, expired, or rejected deposit attempts may trigger account review. Two such attempts within a rolling 24-hour period may receive a warning, and four such attempts within the same 24 hours may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.
- Your deposit and withdrawal must use the same payment mode — you cannot deposit in fiat and withdraw in crypto, or vice-versa.
- For crypto, the wallet address and network you use are final and taken as-is from your end. We are not liable and will not compensate for funds sent to a wrong address or on the wrong network — cross-verify carefully before sending.
Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals follow standard compliance checks and the same method where possible.
- If a bonus or promotional credit is active, withdrawals are available after wagering/turnover requirements are met.
- Crypto withdrawals require blockchain confirmations; fiat withdrawals follow bank processing timelines.
- Account verification may be required before withdrawal approval.
- Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits are shown on the withdrawal screen.
- One withdrawal request per user is free in a rolling 24-hour period. Additional withdrawal requests within the same 24 hours may include a 5% processing charge.
- For account security, withdrawal wallet, bank, or payment details should belong to the account holder. If the same withdrawal details are used by different users, the request may be held for review or rejected.
- Your withdrawal must use the same payment mode as your deposits — if you deposited via bank/INR you must withdraw via bank/INR; if you deposited via crypto you must withdraw via crypto.
- Bank details, crypto wallet address and network you provide are final and considered correct from your end. We are not liable and will not compensate for any loss caused by incorrect bank details, a wrong crypto address, or the wrong network — cross-verify carefully.
- Bank (INR) withdrawal hours are 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM IST. Requests received after 11:00 PM are processed the next day; after approval, bank transfers may take a few hours to reflect.
