TRON adds a block about every 3 seconds and Polygon about every 2. If an exchange is receiving, it may wait for its own number of confirmations before showing the coins.
Two things can come off a withdrawal. The first is a method charge, set per currency. Today it's INR 100 for USDT TRC20 in India and PHP 67 for USDT TRC20 in the Philippines. USDC on Polygon has no method charge in any currency, and neither does USDT in the other markets. The second is an extra 5% that applies only when you make more than one withdrawal inside 24 hours. Both are taken from the amount you request, not added on top.

The withdrawal form always shows the current list for your currency, so treat it as the final word. In India the cashier also lists an INR option. If you've paid in with both UPI and crypto, the form can cap how much goes out by crypto, based on how you deposited. It shows both limits when that happens.
This is the one step nobody can undo. A crypto payout goes exactly where you point it, and a transfer to a wrong address can't be pulled back. A TRON address starts with a capital T and has 34 characters. A Polygon address starts with 0x and has 42. Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain addresses also start with 0x, so if you use an exchange, open its deposit page and choose the Polygon network for USDC before you copy the address. For USDT, choose TRON or TRC20.
Two habits help. Send your first payout to a wallet you've used before, and if you change wallets later, do a smaller withdrawal first. Also check that the exchange accepts USDC on Polygon. Not every exchange lists that network for USDC.
