How to deposit USDT from Nigeria and play in naira
Short answer: open the deposit screen, pick USDT on TRC20 or USDC on Polygon, copy the address shown, and send from a wallet set to that exact network. Once the transfer confirms on the blockchain, your Gamting balance goes up in naira, at the rate the screen quoted before you sent. Those two coins on those two networks are the only deposit options. Everything after that, sportsbook bets and casino games alike, runs in ₦. Players must be 18 or over. Below is each step in detail, the mistakes that cost people money, and how cashing out works.
What you need before you start
- A Gamting account. Register here if you haven't yet.
- A crypto wallet or exchange account that can send on TRON or Polygon. Plenty of Nigerians already hold USDT from freelancing or P2P trades. Whatever app you use, it has to support the network you plan to send on.
- The coins themselves. USDT if you'll use TRC20, USDC if you'll use Polygon.
- A little gas. Sending USDT on TRON uses up TRX for network fees, and sending USDC on Polygon uses POL. A self-custody wallet with zero TRX or zero POL usually can't send at all. Exchanges normally take the fee out of what you withdraw, so check the amount that will actually arrive.
The deposit, step by step
- Log in and open Deposit from your account.
- Pick USDT (TRC20) or USDC (Polygon). The screen shows the lowest amount accepted, in naira.
- Copy the deposit address with the copy button. Don't retype it by hand.
- In your wallet, choose send, paste the address, and set the network to the one you picked on Gamting.
- Enter the amount, double-check the first and last few characters of the address, then send.
- Wait for the blockchain to confirm. Your naira balance updates after that, and the transaction appears in your history.
- Have a bonus code from our Telegram channel? With the deposit made, enter it in the bonus code box on your account dashboard within 15 minutes. The welcome bonus needs no code at all.
Wrong-network mistakes, and how to avoid them
This is where real money disappears. A deposit address only works for the coin and network it was made for. Send the wrong combination and the funds may never arrive.
USDT sent on the wrong chain
USDT exists on several networks, including TRON, Ethereum and BNB Smart Chain. Many exchange withdrawal pages pick one by default, and it isn't always TRC20. If you send USDT over BEP20 or ERC20 to a TRC20 address, it won't show up in your balance. Look for the word TRC20 or TRON on the withdrawal screen before you confirm.
Swapping the coins
The USDT address is for USDT and the USDC address is for USDC. Sending USDC to the USDT option, or the other way round, is a mismatch even when the network looks familiar.
An old address from your clipboard
If you copied something else after the deposit address, your phone pastes that instead. Always paste and compare. A test send of a small amount the first time you use a new wallet is a sensible habit.
Cheat sheet
- USDT on TRON (TRC20): correct for the USDT option.
- USDC on Polygon: correct for the USDC option.
- USDT on BEP20, ERC20 or anything else: wrong, don't send.
- USDC on Ethereum, Base or anything except Polygon: wrong, don't send.
How your naira balance is worked out
Before you send, the deposit screen shows the conversion rate it'll use. Say, as a made-up example, it quoted ₦1,500 for each USDT. Sending 20 USDT would then add ₦30,000 to your balance. Real rates move with the market, so always read the figure on your own screen rather than a number you saw yesterday.
From that point everything is in naira: your ₦500 stake on a Saturday acca, your ₦100 spin, your winnings. You don't think about the dollar side again until you withdraw.
Bonuses that come with a deposit
- Welcome bonus: ₦1,400, added automatically with your very first deposit. No code.
- First-deposit bonus: also automatic, on that same first payment.
- Happy Hours: a window every day, in local time, when a deposit can come with up to 5% extra. The promotions page shows the window.
- Telegram codes: posted hourly, limited claims, first come first served. Every code needs a deposit: deposit first, then enter the code in the bonus code box on your dashboard within 15 minutes.
Only one bonus applies to a deposit, and when more than one could, you get the most valuable. Wagering rules apply to bonus money; the Nigeria promotions page has the current terms.
Withdrawing back to your wallet
Withdrawals go out as USDT or USDC to a wallet address that belongs to you. The same network rules apply in reverse: enter an address that matches the coin and network you select, or the coins can be lost.
- Open Withdraw in your account and choose USDT (TRC20) or USDC (Polygon).
- Paste your own wallet address and enter the amount in naira.
- Submit. Each request is reviewed by the team.
- Follow its status in your transaction history.
Don't use an address that belongs to a friend, an agent or a P2P seller. If something goes wrong, the trail has to lead back to you.
When something doesn't show up
First, find the transaction hash (TXID) in your wallet and look it up on a TRON or Polygon block explorer. If it shows as confirmed and sent to the right address on the right network but your balance hasn't moved, raise a support ticket from your account. Include the TXID, the coin, the network and the amount. That's everything the team needs to trace it.
Play within your means
Only deposit money you're prepared to lose. Crypto in your wallet can feel less real than naira in your account, which makes it easy to send more than you planned. Set a monthly figure and keep to it. Our responsible gambling page is there if you need it.

Common Questions
Why can't I deposit naira directly?
Right now, a Nigerian Gamting account is funded with stablecoins only: USDT on the TRON network or USDC on Polygon. The coins are converted into naira when they arrive, so your balance and every stake still show as ₦. Many players buy USDT through an exchange or a P2P seller they trust and send it from there.
Do I need TRX to send USDT on TRC20?
From a self-custody wallet, usually yes. The TRON network charges its fees in TRX, so a wallet holding USDT but no TRX often can't complete the transfer. If you send from an exchange instead, the exchange normally takes its withdrawal fee from your USDT. In both cases, check the amount that will actually arrive.
Can I get my USDT back if I used the wrong network?
Often it can't be recovered, because the deposit address only watches the network it was created for. That's why it's worth checking the network name on every send and doing a small test transfer with a new wallet. If it has happened, raise a support ticket with the TXID and full details so the team can look at your case.
When should I enter a Telegram bonus code?
After you deposit. Make your USDT or USDC deposit first, then log in, go to your account dashboard and type the code into the bonus code box within 15 minutes of that deposit. Codes are posted hourly on the Gamting Play Telegram channel and each one has a limited number of claims, so a code that's already fully claimed won't apply. The welcome bonus never needs a code.
Can I withdraw to a different coin than I deposited?
You choose USDT on TRC20 or USDC on Polygon when you request a withdrawal, whichever suits your wallet. What matters is that the address you paste matches the coin and network you pick. Your request is then reviewed, and you can follow its status at any point in your transaction history.
