USDT and USDC deposits from Uganda: send stablecoins, play in shillings

From Uganda, there are two ways to put money into Gamting: USDT over TRON (TRC20) and USDC over Polygon. Send the coin to the address your Deposit page gives you, and when the chain confirms it, the value turns into Ugandan shillings in your balance, usable on the sportsbook and in the casino. Nothing else is accepted. Here's the walkthrough, for players aged 18 and up.

Why stablecoins

USDT and USDC are tokens built to track the US dollar, so their value doesn't swing between the moment you send and the moment the deposit lands, the way other crypto can. That makes the shilling figure you see on the Deposit page a reliable guide to what you'll actually get to play with.

What you need before sending

  • An account in USh. If you haven't got one, register first. The currency is set when you sign up.
  • A wallet you control holding USDT on TRON or USDC on Polygon.
  • Some gas money. TRON transfers need TRX in the same wallet, and Polygon transfers need POL. Without it, the wallet can't send the stablecoin at all.

Seven steps to a funded account

  1. Log in and open Deposit and choose USDT (TRC20) or USDC (Polygon), whichever coin you hold.
  2. Note the minimum. The page shows the smallest deposit in USh and the rate it uses to convert.
  3. Hit the copy icon next to the address. A TRON address begins with a capital T, and a Polygon address begins with 0x.
  4. In your wallet, choose the matching network. TRC20 for USDT, Polygon for USDC. Then paste the address.
  5. Enter the amount and send. Make sure it clears the USh minimum after conversion.
  6. Wait for confirmation on the blockchain. Once it's confirmed, the deposit is credited and the shilling amount appears in your balance.
  7. Have a Telegram code? Add it now. With the deposit made, find the bonus code box on your account dashboard and enter the code within 15 minutes. No code? Skip this. The welcome and first-deposit bonuses apply on their own.

The wrong-network trap

Almost every deposit problem comes down to the network. USDT and USDC both exist on several blockchains, and an address on one can look like an address on another.

  • USDT pushed over ERC20 (Ethereum) or BEP20 (BNB Chain) to a TRC20 address. Only TRC20 is accepted for USDT.
  • USDC sent from Ethereum or Base rather than Polygon. Only Polygon is accepted for USDC.
  • Letting an exchange pick the network for you. Many exchange withdrawal screens choose a default. Change it to the one your Deposit page names.
  • Sending a different token, such as TRX or POL itself, to the deposit address. Those are for gas only.
  • Typing or editing the address by hand. One wrong character sends the coins somewhere else.

Coins that travel on the wrong chain, or to a mistyped address, are very often gone for good. A test with a small amount above the minimum is a sensible first move if you're new to a wallet.

Following a transfer on the blockchain

Every stablecoin transfer leaves a public record. Your wallet shows a transaction ID, a long string of letters and numbers, once you send. Paste it into a block explorer, Tronscan for TRON or Polygonscan for Polygon, and you'll see the network, the amount, the receiving address and whether it's confirmed. If you ever need to contact support about a deposit, that ID is the first thing to include in your ticket.

Keeping your wallet safe

  • Your recovery phrase, the 12 or 24 words, is the key to your wallet. Never type it into a website or share it with anyone.
  • Gamting will never ask for your recovery phrase or private key, by email, ticket or Telegram.
  • Be wary of people offering to deposit for you or sell you coins in a chat group.
  • Keep only what you plan to use in the wallet you play from.

How your balance shows in shillings

The Deposit page tells you the rate before you send. Multiply the coins you send by that rate and you have the USh figure that will land. If you send 25 USDT, for example, your balance goes up by 25 times the displayed rate, in shillings. From that point stakes, wins and bonuses all read in USh, and you don't need to think about dollars again until you withdraw.

Your first deposit also brings a USh 4,000 welcome bonus and a first-deposit bonus, credited automatically. Deposits made during the daily Happy Hours window, in local time, can earn up to 5% extra. A deposit can carry just one bonus, and where two could apply, you get the larger. See Uganda promotions for the current terms.

Withdrawing to your own wallet

  1. Open the withdrawal page and pick USDT (TRC20) or USDC (Polygon).
  2. Paste your own wallet address, on the network you picked.
  3. Enter the amount in USh and submit the request.
  4. Follow its status in your history. Our team looks over each request before it's paid.

Withdrawals come out of your shilling balance, so any bonus money still under wagering stays behind until its playthrough is complete. The amount you enter in USh is converted back to the coin you chose at the rate shown on the withdrawal page, and that figure is what your wallet receives.

The same network care applies here. If your receiving wallet is on TRON, choose USDT (TRC20). If it's on Polygon, choose USDC.

Last check before you press send

  • Coin and network match what the Deposit page shows.
  • The address was pasted, and the first and last characters look right.
  • There's TRX or POL in the wallet for gas.
  • The amount is above the USh minimum.
  • If you have a Telegram code, you know it goes in the bonus code box after this deposit, within 15 minutes.

Common Questions

Which is better for a Ugandan account, USDT or USDC?

Neither gives a better rate or bonus. Both convert to the same shilling balance and both count for the welcome and first-deposit bonuses. Choose the one your wallet already holds, so you don't pay to swap. If you have USDT on TRON, use that. If you hold USDC on Polygon, use that instead. Just keep the network matched.

I sent USDT but my balance hasn't changed. What should I check?

Start with your wallet: check it shows as completed on the TRON network. Then check the amount was above the USh minimum and that the address matches your Deposit page. If all of that is right and the balance still hasn't moved, raise a ticket in your account and include the transaction ID.

Why does the shilling amount differ slightly from my own calculation?

The conversion uses the rate shown on the Deposit page when you start. If you worked it out with a rate from elsewhere, the result will differ a little. Network fees are also taken from your wallet, not added to the deposit, so the amount you sent before fees is what gets converted.

Can I withdraw to a different coin from the one I deposited?

Yes, a withdrawal can go out as USDT on TRC20 or USDC on Polygon, whichever suits the wallet you want to receive into. What matters is that the address you paste belongs to you and is on the network you choose. Every request is reviewed, and its status is visible in your history.

Does it matter if I deposit from an exchange instead of a personal wallet?

It works either way, as long as the exchange sends on the right network to the right address. The risk is that exchanges often pick a default network on their withdrawal screen. Switch it to TRC20 (USDT) or Polygon (USDC) before confirming. For withdrawals, use an address you own and control.
