When Is the Uganda Cranes Next Match? Botswana Date, Time and Tickets
The Uganda Cranes' next match is against Botswana on Saturday 14 November 2026 at Hoima City Stadium, with kick-off at 7:00 PM Uganda time. It is an AFCON 2027 qualifier in Group H, and FUFA has confirmed the date, the time and the ticket prices. The return game in Gaborone is reported for Tuesday 17 November, but we haven't yet seen CAF or FUFA confirm that one.
When do the Cranes play Botswana, and what time in Uganda?
These are the two November fixtures in East Africa Time. Botswana sits an hour behind Uganda, so a 7:00 PM start in Gaborone means 8:00 PM on your clock in Kampala.

You'll see other dates online. FUFA's report after the Libya game in September listed 11 and 15 November, and some fixture sites still show 15 November for the Gaborone leg. FUFA's own ticket notice of 27 October puts the home game on the 14th. Africa Soccer, UNI and Foot Africa all put the return three days later, on the 17th. Which stadium is Uganda vs Botswana, and how much are tickets?
The home leg is at Hoima City Stadium in western Uganda, the same ground where the Cranes beat Libya in September. FUFA says tickets are sold online only. Don't plan on buying at the gate. Prices below are from FUFA's announcement.

Do the Cranes still need to win if Uganda is already at AFCON 2027?
No. Uganda doesn't need the points to reach the finals. As co-hosts with Kenya and Tanzania, the Cranes qualified automatically. CAF's rule for Groups D, H and L is that only the best team apart from the host goes through, so Botswana, Tunisia and Libya are chasing one place between them. The last two rounds of qualifying fall in the 22 to 30 March 2027 window, when Uganda meet Tunisia and Libya again. Exact dates aren't out yet.
